Engage with KADEPilot programme01 / 05

Start with a question
worth testing.

Explore how KADE could be evaluated against a specific institutional workflow, with an agreed scope, permitted inputs and clear review criteria.

01 / Explore the approach

A clear question.
A bounded evaluation.

A pilot discussion begins with the work to be examined and the conditions under which an evaluation could proceed.

01

Define the question

Frame a specific workflow: reviewing portfolio context, examining risk from different perspectives, or considering how an analytical read could fit within an existing application.

02

Agree the boundaries

Identify permitted sources, relevant methodologies, users and processing requirements. Establish the responsibilities of both teams before any evaluation begins.

03

Set the review criteria

Agree what would be examined, how the output would be assessed and which limitations need to remain visible. A demonstration alone does not establish production readiness.

04

Review the next step

Compare findings with the agreed criteria. Any subsequent implementation would require its own scope, deployment approach and commercial agreement.

02 / The essential questions

What the first conversation should establish

01

The workflow

The question, intended users and existing systems involved.

02

The information

Source permissions, data boundaries and the proposed processing location.

03

The evaluation

The proposed outputs, review criteria and responsibilities.

04

The arrangement

Eligibility, timing, charges and deliverables to be agreed for the engagement.

Let’s talk

Discuss a pilot.

Describe the institutional question and the workflow to be considered.
