KADE / Customer Platform Portal preview
Synthesis core in staging · Customer Platform in portal preview.
Explore how approved customers would manage access, applications, integrations and support in one institutional context.
The interactive workspaces show the proposed operating model. They are illustrative; the walkthroughs have no live sandbox or API connection.
Portal approval gives access to restricted material after KADE review. It does not issue API credentials or grant production access.
Register for the restricted customer portal. Access to published documentation and developer tools follows KADE approval.

04 / Developer Centre
The Developer Centre lives inside the Customer Platform. Interfaces, credentials and environments inherit the same customer context as the rest of your estate. Production credentials follow separate approval.
Find a contract, understand its requirements, test a workflow and inspect what happened. Documentation and integration guidance accompany the interface throughout its lifecycle.
Customer, application, environment, role and entitlement determine what an integration can use. Commercial access does not override validation, data rights or production eligibility.
Discover authorised interfaces, versions, schemas, authentication requirements and request examples.
Access supported packages, version guidance and examples for your integration.
Explore requests and validate workflows in the appropriate non-production environment.
Manage authorised technical access across development, sandbox, pilot and production contexts.
Configure event-driven connections and review delivery history.
Investigate requests and service consumption within your permitted visibility.
Follow task-led guidance for institutional connections and embedded workflows.
Use contextual guidance and escalate issues with the relevant integration evidence.
Integration / Institutional requirements
Integration begins with your institution’s systems, workflows and access requirements.
Authorised teams receive the documentation and technical guidance relevant to their approved environment. Credentials and production access follow separate review and approval.
Discuss your deployment requirements →05 / White-label & embedded delivery
Portal preview
The White-label Studio preview shows how approved customers would configure branding and delivery settings within the Developer Centre. Products, users and entitlements remain governed through the Customer Platform.
Administer users and capabilities within a KADE-provided experience.
Configure an authorised customer-branded proposition, with controlled presentation choices and application identity.
Bring intelligence into institution-owned applications, existing workflows or system-to-system integrations through APIs, SDKs and events.
Studio controls presentation and delivery configuration. It does not change the underlying intelligence methodology or remove approval and entitlement requirements.
06 / Help, assurance & control
User guides, technical documentation and contextual help are available where your teams work. Roadmap
KADE-specific AI assistance is planned to draw on controlled knowledge and the customer’s permitted context.
Roadmap When an issue needs human follow-through, approved customers raise a support case and track its progress inside the Customer Platform.
Help explains and guides. Actions that change customer state remain subject to identity, permission, approval and audit controls.
